We are sold out of the Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel. We have secured an overflow hotel the Hampton Inn Portland Airport. They are so close they share the same parking lot. They secured a room block until September 6th for $109 (plus 14.5% occupancy tax). The block is under the name “Regional Wise Traditions Conference” and can be booked by calling the hotel directly at 503-288-2423 or Hilton Reservations Worldwide at 888-370-0980.
Self-parking is complimentary. A special conference rate of $109 per night, plus tax and fees has been negotiated for single through quad occupancy. Hotel shuttle service is complimentary to and from the airport. When attendees retrieve their luggage, they may call (503) 249-7606 and press 0 to request a shuttle. It is usually within 15 minutes from the call when the shuttle arrives in Island 2 of the Arrivals. We are the only yellow shuttle and The Sheraton, The Aloft and The Hampton logos are all visible on it.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing by August 29, 2013 and are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations may be mailed to Wise Traditions Registrar, 159 Jenny Lind Drive, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425. You may fax your cancellation to (304) 724-3007 or e-mail to registar@ptfassociates.com. All refunds will be issued immediately following the conference. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after August 29, 2013.
